| REPAIR/OVERHAUL WARRANTY STATEMENT--
|
| SPI warrants to purchaser of services, that all
work will be free from defects in material and workmanship, |
| and will conform to applicable specifications.
Acceptance of warranty shall be 18 months following shipment of items |
| or services from our office to the customer. |
