Shimadzu Precision Instruments, Inc. (Torrance, California) SPI-is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shimadzu Corporation and provides all aircraft needs for Shimadzu Customers. The Shimadzu Corporation has been designing and delivering quality equipment to support Boeing and their increasing fleet of aircraft for over 25 years. In order to better support this program, Shimadzu Precision Instruments, Inc. was established and incorporated in Torrance, California in 1979. Since this time, Shimadzu Precision Instruments, Inc. has grown into a full scale after market support center for our valued airline customers. Recognizing a need and wanting to ensure that Shimadzu customers receive the highest quality of work, SPI established an onsite FAA Repair Station. Shimadzu is dedicated to customer satisfaction and will continue to be fully committed to providing our customers with a premier workmanship and the quickest turn around time for all our repairs and overhauls.

Shimadzu Semiconductors Equipment, USA (Santa Clara, California) SSE (formally known as Shimadzu Vacuum Technology Group) was established in 1997 and reports directly to the Semiconductor division of Shimadzu Corporation in Japan. The SSE group in Santa Clara provides direct sales and customer support to key OEM accounts in Silicon Valley. SSE also has a support and service office located in Austin, Texas.
